We invite customers to please contact ZYTEQ Fire to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference number, before returning suspected defective products.  This can be accomplished by completing the adjacent form, or by emailing our support department directly at support@zyteqfire.com. We can unfortunately not accept any retuned products without an RMA reference.
