We invite customers to please contact ZYTEQ Fire to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference number, before returning suspected defective products. This can be accomplished by emailing our RMA department directly at email@example.com. We can unfortunately not accept any returned products without an RMA reference.
